Conceptual & Mechanical Design
Translating clinical requirements into practical device concepts, mechanical layouts and functional designs.
Our research and development begins with a practical understanding of clinical challenges. Led by a surgeon-founder, Marche Healthcare identifies unmet needs in healthcare and works with engineering expertise to translate clinical observations into medical technology concepts.
Through conceptual design, engineering, prototyping and iterative refinement, we work to develop practical solutions shaped by the needs of healthcare professionals.

Clinical Need
Led by a surgeon-founder, we begin with practical clinical observations, identifying unmet needs and understanding the challenges healthcare professionals face.

Engineering & Design Capabilities
Prototyping & Iterative Development
Prototyping allows us to evaluate design concepts, identify engineering challenges and refine device mechanisms before further development. We combine in-house design and assembly with access to fabrication facilities at our incubation ecosystem, including 3D printing and other small-scale prototyping resources.
Each iteration helps us examine practical considerations such as ergonomics, movement, component integration, precision and manufacturability.

We combine in-house engineering and prototype assembly with precision manufacturing through specialist external partners. Testing and technical evaluation at appropriate external facilities guide each round of design refinement.

Design, assembly and iteration.
Precision components through external vendors.
Evaluation and design improvements through appropriate facilities.

Marche Healthcare works with external institutions, technical experts and manufacturing partners to access complementary capabilities and support the continued development of its innovations. We aim to strengthen these relationships as our technologies progress through successive stages of development.
